Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with approved plans.
Monitor labour productivity and site discipline.
Verify measurements and completed work before billing.
Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare and modify construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for coordination.




Maintain the latest approved drawing revisions and ensure they are available at the project site.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
Valuable understanding of RCC, finishing, masonry, and structural works.
Familiarity with IS Codes and construction standards.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,758.84 - ₹35,981.68 per month
