Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements.
Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) and company policies.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance.
Reduce production costs, wastage, and rework.
Maintain production reports, records, and KPIs.
Train, guide, and supervise production staff.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of products as per the production schedule.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
