Role overview
The Referral Facilitator will support people from villages in the Bero–Itki block to access government hospitals in Ranchi by coordinating referrals and navigating hospital systems.

Key responsibilities
Build and maintain solid working relationships with staff across departments in government hospitals.
Understand hospital processes and map doctor availability to support timely referrals.
Coordinate closely with field teams to link individuals requiring consultations and follow-up care.





Identify and engage with public-spirited hospitals in the district to facilitate referrals when needed.
Qualifications & skills
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Prior experience or familiarity with hospital systems preferred.
Robust relationship-building skills, particularly within government systems.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and at least one local language of Jharkhand.
3–5 years of experience working in a hospital setting.
