Job Description

Radhakrishna Jewellers is looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to manage showroom operations and lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom floor operations.
Supervise, guide and motivate the sales team.
Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom discipline.
Coordinate with management regarding sales and stock.
Ensure staff grooming and skilled standards.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in jewellery retail/showroom management preferred.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Jewellery industry experience will be an advantage.
