Handle incoming enquiries and orders for surgical products from hospitals and customers.
Explain product details, specifications, pricing, and availability to customers.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status.
Support field sales staff by providing product and pricing information.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
Follow up with existing customers and identify prospects for repeat orders.
