Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Digital Media, or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 years of skilled experience in graphic designing.
Proficiency in the latest versions of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Working knowledge of Adobe Flash/Animate and basic HTML will be an added advantage.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, branding and visual communication.
Experience in designing creatives for social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, posters, reports and other communication materials.
Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
Candidates must have a robust portfolio of previous design work.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative and engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites and digital campaigns.
Develop posters, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, reports, certificates and other promotional materials.




Create graphics and visual assets in accordance with SANMAT's branding and communication guidelines.
Collaborate with the Social Media Consultant, Program Manager and project teams to develop campaign creatives.
Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for digital and print requirements.
Edit and enhance images, photographs and other visual materials.
Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts and overall visual identity.
Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
