Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in R Programming.
Solid knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using R.
Experience in developing and maintaining custom software applications.
Ability to write clean, effective, and well-documented code.
Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning in software development.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in R Programming.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
