Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Associate to join our agile team. The primary responsibility of the Relationship Associate will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. This role requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach to client management, and the ability to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely services and solutions to clients.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products based on client needs.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.

Skills and Tools Required:
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and services is an advantage.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
