What You’ll Do
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain HR trackers and records
Assist with employee engagement activities

What We’re Looking For
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in HR and recruitment
Robust follow-up and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is a plus
Freshers are welcome
