Position: Procurement Coordinator
Property: Flora Vythiri Resort – Wayanad

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory management, and cost control within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the procurement of food, beverages, operating supplies, and other resort requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality products at competitive prices.
Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain vendor records and build strong supplier relationships.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and budget standards.
Coordinate with department heads to understand purchasing requirements.
Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Maintain procurement documentation and prepare periodic purchase reports.




Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience in procurement/purchasing (hospitality experience preferred).
Valid Driving License.
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and email).
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
