Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquet functions, room service, and other F&B; outlets.
Ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage service as per hotel standards.
Welcome guests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Monitor table setup, service sequence, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
Brief and allocate duties to F&B; staff before each shift.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and hotel safety standards.
Check stock levels and coordinate with the store/purchase team for requirements.
Assist in controlling wastage, breakage, and operating costs.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
Support banquet operations and ensure events are executed as per the BEO.
Train and coach team members on service standards, product knowledge, and guest handling.
Maintain daily reports,



checklists, and other operational records.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Assist the F&B; Manager in achieving revenue, guest satisfaction, and departmental targets.

Educational Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
Relevant hotel/restaurant experience may be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
