Make outbound calls to candidates and clients

Follow up with interested candidates
Maintain call records and daily reports
Handle candidate queries professionally
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team
Generate leads and maintain relationships with candidates
Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge
Confident speaking and convincing skills
Ability to handle calls professionally
