Responsibility Includes:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for production and other staff.
Handle employee queries and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with monthly payroll processing.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support the performance management and appraisal process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience (Freshers with robust potential may also apply).
Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
