Job description:
We are hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Type: Full time (100% Field Job)
Plus: Attractive Performance incentive + bonus
Plus : Accommodation will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Field visits to identify prospective borrowers & Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
Handling the loan lifecycle (KYC, documentation, and disbursement).
Ensuring timely collection of loan installments.
Building robust community relationships.
Location - have to relocate within 50-100km from home location
Experience: 0 - 3 years(Prior field sales/banking experience is a plus).
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
