Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead our online sales team in the Stock Market/Broking industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Stock Market/Broking Industry
NISM Certification is an added advantage
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the online sales team.
Conduct daily team meetings and provide product training.




Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.
Support client acquisition and revenue generation.
Attend client meetings and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with KYC and SEBI regulations.
Promote Equity, Mutual Funds, Commodity, and other financial products.
