Develop and maintain Structural BIM models using Revit. Prepare structural drawings, shop drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
Generate BOQs, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and LOD requirements.
Manage BIM 360 / ACC workflows and model sharing.
Conduct quality checks and model reviews.
Lead and mentor BIM team members.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
