Receive incoming materials as per Purchase Order / Delivery Challan.
Verify quantity, material code, description, and packaging condition.
Coordinate with Quality Department for incoming material inspection.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Note (GRN) / material receipt records.
Report shortages, excess quantity, damage, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
Store materials at designated locations as per material category.
Ensure proper identification through material codes, labels, bins, and location systems.
Follow FIFO / FEFO wherever applicable.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the store area.
Ensure secure stacking and handling of materials.
Issue materials to Production against authorized Material Requisition / system transaction.
Ensure correct material code, quantity, and batch/lot number.
Maintain traceability of materials issued to production.
1. Required Skills
Knowledge of Store / Warehouse operations.
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management.




Knowledge of FIFO / FEFO and material traceability.
Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP / inventory software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of 5S and material handling practices.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
