Chitkara University is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to capture high-quality images .The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for social media and institutional documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Capture professional photographs of university events, seminars, workshops.
Conduct photoshoots for students, faculty.
Edit and retouch images using professional software to ensure high-quality output
Maintain and organize a digital archive of images
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team for content planning
Ensure consistency with the university’s brand guidelines and visual identity
Handle photography equipment and ensure proper maintenance
Assist in videography or multimedia projects when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media,



or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a photographer (portfolio required)
Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera handling
Ability to work in energetic environments and manage multiple assignments
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Positive communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1 -2 year of Experience in educational or institutional photography
Basic knowledge of videography and content creation
Familiarity with social media content trends
