Responsibility 1: Software & Systems Management
Solid working experience with Australian accounting software, including:

o Xero

o MYOB

o QuickBooks Online

o HandiLedger
Ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple accounting systems.
Support system migrations and software integrations when required.

Responsibility 2: Full-Cycle Accounting Management
Manage complete accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP),

Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end

closings.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and IFRS.
Provide financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management to support

business decisions.

Responsibility 3: Quality, Compliance & Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff.
Maintain team discipline, productivity, and professional development.




Lead and support the accounting team while fostering a positive and collaborative

work environment.
Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, and

internal quality controls.

Work effectively within a team-oriented workplace.
Demonstrate professionalism, mutual respect, and a positive attitude toward

colleagues and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
