Educational Qualification: BE – Mech/Automobile

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience with CATIA software in a design or engineering role.
Robust understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Experience with automotive aerospace or industrial product design is preferred.
Familiarity with PLM systems and PDM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using CATIA (V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE).
Apply GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure proper fit, form, and function.
Perform design simulations and analysis to validate concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing and quality assurance.
Modify existing designs to improve performance or reduce cost.
Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMS, and release packages.
Participate in design reviews and implement feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
