Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, maintaining the retail outlet, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide accurate product information.
Handle sales transactions, billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote products, offers, and recent arrivals to customers.
Maintain proper display and arrangement of products in the retail area.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about replenishment requirements.
Support stock counting, receiving, tagging,



and arranging merchandise.
Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the Retail Supervisor or Manager regarding sales and operational requirements.
Prepare or provide sales and stock-related information when required.
Follow company policies and procedures related to billing, cash handling, stock, and customer service.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
