We are hiring for the position of Department Manager at our Franchisee store, Easybuy – A Division of Landmark.
Candidates who are graduates and up to 30 years of age are eligible to apply.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor product performance and stock levels.
Prepare staff schedules and supervise performance.
Train staff and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
Maintain cleanliness and proper display standards.
Complete required daily and weekly reports.
Control stock loss.
Support smooth daily operations and build robust customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
