3D Exterior Artist

About the Company:
Fute Services is a creative visualization studio specializing in architectural 3D design, rendering, and animation. We collaborate with leading architects, developers, and designers to bring their visions to life through high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D exterior models of architectural projects.
Interpret architectural drawings, CAD plans, and reference images to develop accurate 3D geometry.
Apply materials, lighting, and textures to achieve realistic visuals.
Collaborate with the design and visualization team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Optimize models for rendering and ensure efficient workflow across software platforms.
Participate in project reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.





Required Skills & Software Expertise:
Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
Working knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
Understanding of architectural design, proportions, and detailing.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a solid sense of aesthetics.
Good knowledge in modelling for EXTERIOR
