Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate CDP – Pizza Specialist to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, speed, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and mise en place as per standard recipes.
Handle pizza stretching, topping, baking, cutting, and presentation.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, size, and presentation.
Maintain proper stock levels of pizza ingredients and report shortages.
Follow FIFO, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Maintain a clean and organized pizza section at all times.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef, CDP, and other kitchen team members during service.




Ensure orders are prepared accurately and within required service time.
Train and guide junior kitchen team members when required.
Follow House of Doh recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of relevant pizza-making experience.
Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation and fermentation.
Experience with commercial pizza ovens is preferred.
Valuable understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to work under pressure during busy operations.
Valuable teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
Passion for pizza, quality, and consistency.
