Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager with 10+ years of progressive

experience to lead and drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and HR operations.

Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer (based in the UK), the ideal candidate will join a Global

team and possess solid HR capabilities, demonstrate the ability to partner with business leaders,

and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks while building a high-performance

culture. The role has responsibility for a local internal team of 3 direct reports. The India team is a

headcount of 160 with aggressive plans for growth.
