Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, ensure production and dispatch are completed on time, and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete operations of the assigned shift.
Ensure timely production, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
Allocate duties and manage manpower effectively during the shift.
Ensure compliance with Bakingo's SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor inventory, wastage, and day-end stock/inventory processes.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
Conduct regular checks of the kitchen/store and maintain cleanliness.
Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and delivery teams.
Maintain shift-related reports and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
Escalate operational issues to the reporting manager promptly.
Ensure smooth functioning of the store and achievement of daily operational targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, bakery, food production, or retail operations.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
