Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 200 outbound /Inbound calls daily to doctors and healthcare specialists.
Verify and update healthcare provider information in the system.
Maintain accurate records and call dispositions.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Communicate professionally in English and Hindi.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi Must
Freshers and candidates with contact center experience can apply.
