Role & responsibilities
Experience designing and building on-prem Kubernetes settings, preferably on Red Hat and Windriver platforms. Deep expertise of large-scale Kubernetes architecture
Deep experience of Baremetal Kubernetes Networking, pod networking and a deep understanding of NAT (including source natting)
Experience with Calico, Cilium, Multus, MetalLb and Istio.
Experience with DNS in virtualised environments
Highly skilled with load balancing in a Kubernetes setting, and traffic routing and manipulation, understanding ingress and egress flows
Knowledge of traffic policy and enforcement techniques
Experience working in a Telco workplace.
Experience with SRIOV and DPDk are required.
Troubleshooting with tcpdump, iptables, eBPF
Expert in TCP/IP, VLANs,



routing, and load balancing, knowledge of Cisco VXLAN (including NDFC) and Arista networking. Experience integrating clusters with network underlay.
Experience building High- and Low-level design documents
Collaborate and respect the needs of a wide range of stakeholders
Have a flexible and can do’ attitude with a strong sense of initiative with the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure
Have robust organisation and planning skills to manage multiple tasks so that promises are delivered
