Job Position: Service Engineer

Total 7 years of which minimum 4 years in relevant Industry and position.

Qualifications

Qualification Required: Diploma/BTech/BE (Mechanical/Automobile)

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities
Customer Database Compilation
Ensuring Installation cum Free service provided to customer
Closure of warranty process as per complain registration (Updates in Service tracker)
Encouraging use of genuine parts provided by the Co. (Share of wallet %) [Appoint Parts distributor/ Freelancer Technician in those areas where Dealer is not providing service/ parts support]
Support encourage dealer to appoint adequate manpower required for service,
Identify training needs for Dealer technician and organise the trainings
Audit form fill-up. (along with i) Product Concern Intimation Report, ii) Job Card, iii) Warranty Claim Report, iv) Vehicle Off Road Report, v) Sales Register, vi) Any other documents)




Track day to day activities of Pan India technicians,
Allocate Technicians for Service Support to Dealers in case required/ for Service Activities.
Product Review - Interacting with plants and share information to management regarding specific product issues PDI complains. Regular interaction with plant for continuous improvement in product providing feedback on benchmarking activity with competitor Product.

Industry : Agricultural Machineries: (Power Tiller, Power Weeder, Harvester/Reaper and BrushCutter, Water Pump, Sprayer)
