Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff members to ensure effective operations
Provide guidance and support to team members
Monitor food safety standards and compliance with regulations
Oversee food preparation, kitchen operations, and bartending activities
Manage inventory and supplies to meet operational needs
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
Solid leadership and organisational skills
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Experience in bartending or cooking is advantageous
