Business Development Manager (HNI Investments)

Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to acquire HNI and Ultra HNI clients and drive business growth. This is a hardcore business development role for professionals who are passionate about networking, relationship building, and achieving challenging sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current HNI and Ultra HNI clients for investment opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors.
Generate business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and self-sourcing.
Understand client investment objectives and present suitable investment opportunities.
Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, Broking, or Investment Advisory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




Experience working with HNI and Ultra HNI clients will be preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business development.
Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is preferred.
NISM certification will be an added advantage.
Preference will be given to local candidates from Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
