Key Responsibilities1. Procurement Management
Oversee complete procurement cycle from requirement planning to order execution
Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and availability of goods
Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams for smooth operations
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors
Develop and maintain solid vendor relationships
Finalize vendors based on cost, quality, and reliability
Monitor vendor performance and take corrective actions when required
Cost Optimization & Negotiation
Lead price negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement
Conduct vendor comparison and cost analysis
Ensure best value through total landed cost approach (price + freight + taxes)
Implement cost-saving initiatives
Team Management
Lead and manage procurement team
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance
Ensure team meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Order Planning & Execution
Plan purchase requirements based on demand and stock levels
Ensure timely order placement and follow-up for delivery
Track all open orders and resolve delays
Issue Resolution




Handle issues related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, and delivery delays
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for quick resolution
KPI & KRA Management
Define and monitor procurement KPIs such as:
Cost savings
On-time delivery
Vendor performance
Order accuracy
Ensure achievement of all assigned KRAs
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain purchase records, contracts, and agreements
Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement/purchase role
Prior experience in team handling is mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
