Role & responsibilities

Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements.
Design and implement EBS SCM solutions.
Configure and customize SCM modules to meet business needs.

Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, BOM, WIP.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Train end users and develop comprehensive documentation
Prepare documentation for all the developments done as well as Problem tickets
Coordinate with Oracle on need basis.
