Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisfor enterprise applications.
Robust expertise in log analysis, application monitoring, performance tuning, and resolving critical production issues within SLA timelines.
Experience supporting applications deployed on AWS cloud, with working knowledge of Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
