Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the Program Leads (includes - financial data, recent wins updates, pipeline review, relationship focus so on).
Producing accurate and timely reporting of portfolio/ account performance status monthly.
Ability to analyze and offer program level insights to business from Portfolio Accounts Analysis, Client interviews, surveys, etc.
Independently manage projects including stakeholder communications, pipeline management, project prioritization and project delivery
Demonstrates an understanding of stakeholders’ priorities and manage accordingly
Ability to scope and project manage a business request that needs cross-functional team involvement
Conducting thorough secondary research on different companies, sectors, and industries to create specific reports and marketing collaterals
Contribute to the account planning workshops by creating pre-read reports, setting up the workshop, take notes, etc.
Robust relationship building/relationship management skills as well as ability to develop close working relationship with colleagues
