TOURMAX Destination Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Tele Caller Executive to join our Cochin Office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Handle inbound travel inquiries and provide information on domestic and international tour packages.
Follow up with existing leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth booking processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Guide and support junior tele callers in achieving team objectives.
Eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling,
telesales, customer support, or travel sales.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Any degree is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience may apply regardless of educational qualification.
