Job Title: Sr Test Automation Engineer (10+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Define, own, and evolve the test automation strategy aligned with business objectives and release goals.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks covering UI (web & desktop), API, integration, and backend testing.
Build and maintain integration and acceptance test suites for downstream solution upgrades.
Act as a quality gate during Diagnostic Suite promotions and releases.
Drive automation for smoke, sanity, regression, UI, API, and integration test suites.
Perform and guide functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution.
Analyse test failures, identify root causes, and drive resolution in collaboration with engineering teams.
Write high-quality, maintainable automation code using Java-based frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
Review test code and provide feedback to improve design, stability, and coverage.
Collaborate closely with Development, Product,



and DevOps teams.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in automation best practices.
Manage test data, test environments, and automation dependencies effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in software development or testing.
Healthcare domain knowledge with DICOM fundamentals
Strong hands-on experience in test automation (UI + integration testing).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Robust technical leadership and mentoring abilities

Valuable to Have:
Experience with PACS /Viewer/Medical Imaging systems.
Familiarity with Healthcare standards (HL7 is a plus).
Prior experience testing AI/ML-based healthcare applications.
Exposure to cloud-based testing settings (e.g., GCP, AWS).
