Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
Achieve sales targets and promote new collections.
Maintain product displays and ensure accurate stock handling.
Follow company SOPs, security protocols, and operational standards.
Keep customer records updated and maintain confidentiality.
Represent the Dagina Legacy brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements




Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in jewellery or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
