Led end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial close processes.
Conducted comprehensive reviews of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet General Ledger accounts, analyzed key variances, identified financial risks and prospects, and provided actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Collaborated closely with Business Finance, FP&A;, Procurement, Taxation, Site Finance, Projects, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Treasury teams to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate financial reporting.

Spearheaded process transformation initiatives focused on automation, standardization, simplification, and digitization, resulting in improved efficiency, control, and scalability across R2R processes.
