Responsibilities
Develop current user-facing features
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Optimize existing user interface designs

The ideal candidate must have
2+ years of experience working with the React framework.
Must have worked with Redux Thunk.
State Management - Redux (reduxjs/toolkit)/ Thunk
UI - Bootstrap/Styled-components
Form Management - react-hook-form
Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing and unit testing.
Proficiency in Git and version control.
Familiarity integration RESTFUL APIs.
Positive understanding of common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc.
Hands-on experience with CSS-in-JS libraries
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
