Key Responsibilities
Find suitable projects on online portals.
Write professional cover letters and proposals.
Communicate with potential clients and follow up on leads.
Maintain records of leads, proposals, and projects.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.




Support business development activities to generate recent opportunities.

Required Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of bidding platforms.
Good research and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Ability to learn quickly and work with attention to detail.
Discipline, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Freshers and candidates with 0–3 months of experience can apply.
