Roles and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care as a Junior Resident in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neonatology, NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics departments.
Assist senior consultants and other healthcare specialists with surgeries and procedures related to cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgery.
Participate in rounds, conferences, and meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families about patient status updates.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective treatment strategies for complex cases.
