Job Description for Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

Designation: Assistant Manager Corporate Finance

Experience: 3 – 5 years

Reporting to: AGM – Corporate Finance

Joining: preferably within 1 month
Skill Requirements:

a. Solid communication and follow-up skills are non-negotiable as effective communication with all the departments and their team members is one of the key responsibilities

b. Solid Excel skill

c. Knowledge on basic accounting and GST/TDS matters

d. Time sensitivity on deliverables
Work Responsibilities:

Corporate Finance in General:

a. Annual Budgeting & Forecasting of all departments

b. Tracking of actual spends vs. budget and highlighting over-budget scenarios

c. Introducing various KPIs for Management for tracking and improving efficiencies for the monthly MIS

d.



Identifying operational gaps and working towards development of efficiencies across departments

e. Providing support to current home acquisition teams by preparing commercial models for pitching to potential homeowners

f. Bring about continuous improvements in existing homeowner/company contracts across various sections of the contract

g. Lead the tech integration processes taken up from time to time

Internal Reporting:

a. Preparation of monthly MIS including region-wise, unit-wise P&L;, overall vertical’s P&L; and Cashflow and circulating to all HODs and Management

b. Preparation of monthly payout to existing homeowners, resolving financial queries and other adhoc requests arising from key stakeholders

c. Preparation of Board presentation and monthly investor presentations
