Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
6+ years of SAM/ITAM experience.
5+ years of administration experience with FNMS and/or Flexera One, or comparable platforms such as ServiceNow SAM, Snow Software, Certero.
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting FlexNet Beacon servers and FlexNet Inventory Agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux/Unix.
Experience with FNMS discovery methods, including AD import, SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, cloud connectors, VMware vCenter, and SNMP/network discovery.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, and .NET prerequisites for inventory beacons.
SQL skills to query the FNMS compliance database or data warehouse for reporting and troubleshooting.
Experience building reports and dashboards in FNMS Reporting, SAP BusinessObjects/Web Intelligence, Power BI, or Excel.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating Flexera One with ServiceNow, CMDB, or ticketing tools.
Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in distributed, multi-server environments.
Robust written and verbal communication skills, with ability to turn technical updates into business-friendly status.




Experience working directly with client or business-unit technology teams on deployment coordination and endpoint troubleshooting.
Experience working with vendor support or technical account management teams to resolve escalated issues and influence product improvements.
Able to manage recurring operational cadences (daily checks, weekly reports, monthly reconciliations) without close supervision

Valuable to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Flexera certifications, such as Flexera Certified Administrator or FNMS/Flexera One certification tracks through the Flexera Learning Center.
Experience with Flexera One Technology Intelligence/IT Visibility, Cloud Cost Optimization, or SaaS Manager.
ITIL Foundation certification or experience with ITSM processes.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate data integrity checks and reporting.
Experience supporting audit defense or license true-up activities with licensing or compliance team).

Education:
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in information technology or related field
