Job Summary:
1+ year hard core Tele-sales/Pre-Sales/ Telemarketing experience in Out bound calls.
Preferably from Real Estate industry
Should have worked on sales target/result oriented workplace
Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes
Should have very valuable convincing skills
Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual

Roles & Responsibilities:
To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis
Convert leads to Customer site visits
To explain our projects in details to the customers
To answer customer queries promptly
Able to co-ordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
Valuable in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc.
