Job Title: Network Administrator / Network Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Network Administrator/Network Engineer with hands-on experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, and VLANs. The ideal candidate should have experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices and be capable of ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
Manage and support Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto network security appliances.
Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols.
Create, modify, and manage VLANs to ensure network segmentation and security.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and availability.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and security-related issues.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for circuit provisioning, outages,



and escalation of connectivity issues.
Implement firewall policies, VPN tunnels, NAT, ACLs, and security best practices.
Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and disaster recovery for network devices.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration records.
Work closely with system, security, and application teams to support business operations.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
Experience with Wi-Fi deployment and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (Site-to-Site and Remote Access).
Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, STP, and network protocols.
Experience configuring and managing Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices.
Understanding of firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, and network security.
Experience coordinating with ISPs for leased lines and internet connectivity.
Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
