Role & responsibilities:

-Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business growth in assigned international markets.

-Identify and onboard current distributors, importers, and channel partners. -Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

-Handle end-to-end export sales activities, including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and order execution.

-Expand business in key markets including Southeast Asia (SEA), Far East, Oceania, Africa, and the Middle East.

-Conduct market research to identify new business prospects, customer requirements, and competitive trends.

-Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

-Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate recent business opportunities.

-Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide periodic MIS and market intelligence reports. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customer-specific requirements





Preferred candidate profile

-Strong understanding of export documentation, international trade practices, and distributor management.

-Proven experience handling one or more international markets such as SEA, Far East, Oceania, Africa, and the Middle East.

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

-Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
