Key Responsibilities

Financial & Management Reporting
Prepare periodic management reports, including cost reports, revenue reports, cash-flow reports, and vendor/customer ledger scrutiny.
Assist in preparing Excel-based financial statements, incorporating all required adjustments to income, costs and balance-sheet items; convert results into the group reporting currency; and respond to related queries from the Group Consolidation team.
Maintain the intercompany loan master file.
SAP knowledge to be able to produce accounting and financial results.

Month-End & Year-End Close Support
Support the month-end and year-end close process: reviewing ledgers, investigating mismatches, and helping explicit open items before each close.

Finance Projects & Process Improvement
Own or support finance-related projects end-to-end process improvements, system changes, ad hoc analysis applying structured project management to see them through to completion.
Maintain transparent, well-organised documentation so reports and projects stand up to scrutiny and are easy to hand over.

Stakeholder Communication
Work in line with UK office hours and the UK holiday calendar.




Communicate confidently in written and spoken English with colleagues in the London office and with external parties, as required.
Take on any other relevant tasks as required.

Candidate Criteria

Essential
At least five to seven years' experience in professional services (audit, an accountancy practice, or consulting), or equivalent rigour gained in a corporate reporting role.
Strong Excel and financial-reporting skills.
Demonstrated project management experience — planning, tracking and delivering initiatives.
Confident written and spoken English for daily contact with the London office.
SAP experience to produce reports and transactions

Desirable Technical Skills & Experience
Exposure to real estate, property development or another asset-heavy sector.
Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

Structured and deadline-driven, with a skilled services eye for accuracy and presentation.
Proactive about improving processes rather than just maintaining them.
Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams to keep projects moving.
