Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity (8.x and above).
Develop scalable solutions using Case Management, Data Pages, Flows, Decision Rules, UI, and Business Rules.
Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services, Kafka, JMS, and external APIs.
Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and development best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing within the team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Prepare technical design documents and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills
8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Pega development.
Solid experience with Pega Infinity 8.x / Pega Platform.

Reports and Dashboards
Solid knowledge of Pega Constellation and App Studio is preferred.
Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, API integrations, and external systems.
Robust SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Pega Customer Service (CS), KYC, Smart Dispute, or other Pega frameworks.
Experience with Kafka, Microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Exposure to OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Java is an added advantage.
