Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our team at Ode Spa. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, booking appointments, explaining spa services, and maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess positive communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Explain spa services, offers, and membership details to customers

Schedule and confirm appointments

Follow up with leads and existing customers

Maintain customer database and call records

Address customer queries and provide accurate information

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth appointment management

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Shift Timings:





Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts:

8:00 AM 5:00 PM

10:00 AM 7:15 PM

11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Working Days:

Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days

Weekly off will be provided on a weekday

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge preferred

Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or hospitality will be an added advantage

Female candidates preferred (optional if required)
